K- Air Punches for 20 seconds
Q- 20 Squats
J- 20 Jumping Jacks
10- Run on spot for 40seconds
9- 20 Touch Toe High Jumps
8- 30 Knee to Elbow
7- High Knees for 30 seconds
6- Heel Flicks for 30 seconds
5- Plank on hands for 30 seconds
4- 20 Ski Jumps
3- 15 Push Ups (on knees)
2- 30 Hops on 1 leg (change leg after 15)
A- 12 Jump Squats
Joker- Pick any 3 exercises from above
